Jason Gootman MS, CSCS & Will Kirousis BS, CSCS have over 20 years of experience coaching triathletes and other endurance athletes. Jason and Will both hold degrees in the exercise and sport sciences and are highly skilled and experienced in the areas of exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition/sports nutrition and sports psychology. Jason and Will work with athletes ranging from endurance sports beginners and recreational competitors to developing elite athletes and seasoned professionals looking for the extra edge that comes with the highest quality of training. Jason and Will work with athletes of all ages. Their training advice regularly graces the pages of Triathlete, Inside Triathlon and other publications.


Stephanie Shenton, MS, PT, Health and Wellness coach is a nutritionist specializing in sports nutrition, wellness and fitness. She leads nutrition seminars and conducts cooking classes and cooking demonstrations. She created and runs a nutrition/fitness consulting business Integrated Wellness Coaching dedicated to helping people learn how to eat for health, fitness and well being. Stephanie is skilled in nutrition assessment and education, goal setting, individualized weight loss strategies, menu and recipe planning. She can also advise clients on learning to fuel for athletic events, personal training, and the design of individual or group weight loss or exercise programs. Stephanie is available to customize workshops for larger groups on a specific nutritional or fitness topic.
